Custom Portraits

  • Pastelmat 24cm x 30cm

    A comfortable size that is quite versatile for display being a breeze to hang on the wall or sit on a display surface, it's the perfect addition to your space. This being the most popular size as it is versatile but is roomy enough for some fine details. The sizing is appropriate for up to 2 pets. The 24cm x 30cm size comes with a 12”x16" photo mount, made to fit a standard sized frame.

  • Pastelmat 30cm x 40cm

    This size is slightly larger than A3 and enables me to add finer details in the piece. This is a perfect size if you’re looking to hang it on a wall. This larger size is suitable for up to 3 pets. Smaller pets will become bigger than life sized! The 30cm x 40cm size comes with a 16x20" mount, made to fit a standard size frame.

Surfaces made Simple

If you are unsure of which surface will work best, please see below for some more information!

  • Pastelmat is one of my favourite surfaces to use as it has a fine "sand paper" texture which helps in layering pastel strokes and helps bring the portraits to life. Although sizing is slightly larger than A4 and A3 sizing, works created with this surface will come in a mount suited for most standard frames.

  • Toned paper is best suited to coloured pencil and (sometimes) works in charcoal depending on the paper texture. I have created using toned paper with some wildlife drawings and some pet drawings which you can view here
